1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• For safety products, the packaging must not be opened or tampered with for health and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, or respirators.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged.

3. Initiating a Return

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shane@eidahosafety.com or call 208-295-5464.
• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos if necessary.
• We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or there was an error in your order.

5. Exchanges

• If you received a damaged or defective item, we will offer an exchange or full refund at no additional cost.
• For other exchanges, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will arrange for a return and replacement or a full refund as appropriate.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods

• We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location, including standard shipping and expedited shipping.
• Available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your address.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.
• Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $500 (after discounts and before taxes) to any location within 100 miles of Idaho Falls, ID.
• Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. You will be provided with a shipping quote during checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within [insert country], and up to 14 business days for international orders.
• Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days within USA, and 7–10 business days for international orders.

5. International Shipping

• We so not offer international shipping. Please contact us by phone if you need something sent internationally.

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
• You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

7. Shipping Issues & Missing Packages

• If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at Shane@eidahosafety.com or 208-295-5464., and we will assist you in tracking your package.
• In the case of lost or damaged packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your package was insured, we will initiate a claim.

8. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to update the information before your order ships.
